Operations Director
As a director, Elliot leads the direction of the business, and is responsible for ensuring we remain agile as an organisation in response to changing market trends and client needs. He also plays a key role in shaping our firm’s culture. Naturally empathetic, Elliot fosters an inclusive environment in the firm, where people feel empowered in their roles, whether that’s on the legal side or the operational team.
The reason our people and our clients feel supported at KJS is largely down to Elliot. He’s one of those people that creates the space to recognise and value others. That attitude runs down through the firm, and creates the ecosystem of care that we’re aiming for.
Elliot is one of our longest-standing colleagues and has been with the firm since 2015. He’s seen KJS grow and evolve and, now leads our business strategywith all the benefit of those formative years.
During his tenure with the firm he’s led important milestones and developed successful coaching and mentoring initiatives to get the best out of our colleagues.
Elliot is based at our Guildford office.
