Head of Finance
Mark is a qualified chartered accountant and his role in the business is to keep our finances on track. He manages the Finance team and oversees all our money matters such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. He ensures that we’re compliant with all the relevant financial regulations.
During his career, Mark has had a variety of roles. His first job after qualifying in 2004 was in corporate finance at Deloitte, which he continued for ten years. He spent time in the public and private sectors before moving to KJS in 2023. Mark’s eclectic experience makes him an astute financial controller for the firm.
As a leader, Mark works hard to motivate and energise his team. He’s a popular team manager and inspires confidence in his junior colleagues. The efficiency and competency of the Finance team under Mark’s leadership means that our financial affairs are successfully kept in check, and it’s one of the reasons we’ve been able to expand and grow as a business.
Mark is based at our Henley-on-Thames office.
